I had a stress test but had an anxiety attack wile on there heart got to 180 but was only walking they said i was fine but i dont feel fine.
Never good to try to map someone's view of how your symptoms match theirs. If one has troubling symptoms they need to get a medical diagnosis from a professional based on measurements and tests.
As for blocks, do you mean arteries to the heart muscles? To my knowledge and angiogram (heart catheter exam) to check for such a block when I had inconclusive results from a Nuclear Stress Test (usually the first test run for this check), I've also had an angiogram to check on heart valve operation... but I've never heard of one used to check on a bundle block if that is what you are discussing with your friend.
As for what you experience if it is new or more erosive than what you had been examined for with the Cardiologist, it may be time to go back.
Sorry if I misunderstand your attempt to match symptoms/diagnosis with a friend. Still, I'd expect to see you have a stress test before anything as invasive as a catheter into the heart.
