Feeling blockage in heart

I'm not sure if I'm in the right place, but I hope someone can help.

Sometimes I feel (Mostly when I am sitting hunched forward at my desk, but sometimes standing too.) what I can only call a blockage under the right side of my heart. Perhaps it is best described like this: if you take a garden hose and bend that hose at a certain spot, then felt the water rushing through that bend/kink, that is what it feels like. It is sometimes followed by a cold drip-like feeling. I can stop this kinking feeling by arching my back and thrusting my chest out. The last time this happened, I waited, to see if the feeling would pass. It didn't; it only got more painful and then the muscles around my heart in the chest area got very sore and tender for a few days.

I've had numerous physicals and checkups and always got a clean bill of health. I'm not on any medications, am not overweight (although I am about 10 pounds over my goal weight) and I have exercised regularly (3-5 times per week) since I was 12 (I am now 35).

I have had other irregular aches and pains in this area before and there is no history of heart disease in my family. Any ideas what might be wrong?

The facts that your pain is relieved by changing position and that you have soreness in the chest area for a few days indicate that the discomfort is not heart pain but rather something exterior, like a muscle spasm.

Heart pain is a very special animal, and when you have it, you are going to KNOW it.  Here is more information on what it feels like in comparison to non-dangerous pain:
