Thank you Harry for writing me. Yes I'm on antidepressant, Zoloft. I was on birth control but quit that. Asprin once a day I stopped that. I guess my Dr. thinks cause I weigh 320 that I needed it so I would'nt have a heart attack. I had blood work done and cheat x-ray. I have lost 20 lbs. and my blood pressure is 130\90 so I'm on a pill for that. Now she is putting me a beta blocker, and guess what I'm scared to take that. If it will help I guess I'll just take it. Scared about everything. ok thanks for listing. I do feel better talking to you guys on here. Just know that i'm not alone helps.

Congratulations on the loss of 20 pounds, that should help with heart and mind.  Keep up the good work.

Beta blockers are a relatively "mild" and well tested heart drug, there are millions of us using them and we're still alive, and better off for the experience.

What dose has been prescribed?  If 50 mg or less per day I'd guess you'll not notice any side effects, you just have better control of your BP and HR.. low on both.  Anxiety? That it will not help as far as I know.

Thank you for writing to me, Yes anxiety is bad. I would'nt wish it on my worst enemy.
I was so bad with panic attacks I could'nt go to a store the mall, across town, could'nt sit at a red light with out panic. so yes I have it bad. It comes and goes. I try and keep busy caues that helps. I have alot of deaths in my family in the past 5 years.  6 of them
and I have 6 kids, and the problems never never end.
