It was a joke ;) Though the other post said supraventricular.
Why I'm making some fun of it is because (almost) you all when you feel a palpitation seem to think "oh, that was a PVC". It may be a PVC but it may also be a PAC. I only have PACs, but I think most people have both.
Oh, I see now, the supraventricular etopics. So they were having all pacs and not pvcs. I did not read the other post.
I am confused how you can tell it was pacs versus pvcs just by the word isolated? Are individual pvcs called something else? I had a holter and it actually distinguished between the two stating how many of each I had seeing as this one did not give a description of the type one would assume they are of the same variety but then again I am not that educated on tests results.
Well, another example why there is only PVCs in the US and no PACs ;)
You had 2568 PACs, 12 (5+4+3) beats in runs (short atrial tachycardia). Your other post said "supraventricular ectopics".
Longest RR of 1.528 sec means that your lowest heart rate was 40 or you had a brief episode of sinus arrhythmia with variable intervals. Both are normal especially at night.
You had 2568 single pvcs. You had 8 that were 2 in a row, couplets. You had 3 times when you had at least 2 beats in a row defined as nonsustained ventricular tachycardia or nsvt. I am not sure what the RR interval means so hopefully someone else can jump on and give a clearer understanding for that reading. They can also correct me if I got something wrong. Has your doctor put you on beta blockers?
