Am I tilling on a heartattack??? my blood pressure is 184/121 my left jaw and neck is hurting really bad when  blood pressure rises. some times the middle of my chest is having sharp short stabbing pain when this happens.
I feel like throwing up. and wetting myself
should I be worried???

get to the ER immediately....sounds very serious....same thing happened with my grandpa when he had a heart attack....please hurry and call or go to the ER.....that bp sounds amazingly high and the jaw pain is no good

Hello...

Whether they are related to stress or not, they need to be addressed. How are you recording your BP? Is it a digital reading? But, with pain that radiates from your jaw to your neck, chest pain etc. this all needs to be checked out.

Do not feel like you are waisting the time of the Dr. That is what an ER is for. Better to be safe than sorry:)

Your symptoms sound serious to me,  I think you need to get to the emergency room.

I have thought about that.
but I don't want to waste the doctor time or mine.
I am new to this high blood pressure  
can I be taking it wrong or at the wrong time??
could the pain possiblly be from stress??

I can only tell you that you should probably call 911. The blood pressue alone is alarmingly high.
