i use cpap that time can attack my heart & stroke

i am 43 years.i am sleep apnea (mild) patent.i use cpap machine 65 days. now my blood pressure maximum time 110/70 but when i get up morning my blood pressure 135/95 but after 1 hour its 110/70. my sleep time is good sleep.sleep time i don't feel bad or any other problem,why that time my blood pressure is up?its any problem?if i take blood pressure medicine.my bp is so down.but when i don't use cpap that time i take high bp medicine, i use cpap that time can attack my heart & stroke ?past 12 years ago my cholesterol total-212,triglyceride-132,hdl-45,ldl-141. that time doctor give me atorvastatin 10mg daily 1 tab.after 11 years i check every year my cholesterol.11 years my cholesterol is normal,total-144/150,hdl-44/50,ldl-76/80,triglyceride-120/135,every day i take medicine, my eco colour dopler is normal this record can make heart block?heart attack?stroke?

My blood pressure goes up somewhat during sleep, but not as much as it does if I do not use my Cpap machine.  I sleep much better and have not had an Afib episode for one year.  I have recently lost weight, so that may be helping with the sleep apnea.  I agree with Tom, you are at much greater risk without the machine.

CPAP will save you from possible stroke and/or heat failure later on in life.,  Stay on it!  the more you use itm and easier it will be for you.  I've used it for 5 years now, and find it very helpful in my sleep,
