When you are on the reply that you consider your "best answer" just look on the bottom (left side I think) and you should find a "check box" for best answer, just check it.

It appears to be a medication approved for relief of angina. Though its use in reducing PVCs would be Off-label, many medications are successfully used that way, such as using BetaBlockers against PVCs (I didn't know such use of BetaBlockers was Off-Label, just learned that from reading a post on Medhelp).
