skipped heart beats with no cygnificant pattern

i have been experiencing a missed heart beat every now and again. i have had panic attacks in the past where my heart races everso quickly, but this has never been a big issue for me once i knew what it was. however lately when i relax and am awear of my heart beat, it skips a beat every so often and i feel a surge of adrenalin,for a millisecond.there is no pattern to when it misses a beat, when i am busy i do not notice an irregularity . could this be a pyschosymatic effect its really worrying me??

Hi. Ectopic beats aren't by themselves a reason to worry, and neither is the surge of adrenalin after those beats. In fact many people have 'em and have no significant health risks at all.  As Itdood said, you need to see your doctor to understand why you have these beats. Good luck.

Def sounds as if your having some type of arrythmia which could be induced if you are upset or scared, you def need to go to a doctor to get proper diagnosis, they will prob run a few test on you and get you to wear a holter monitor to see what could be causing this:)

It sounds like ectopic activity or premature beats of some sort.  You should see your doctor to get a proper diagnosis and treament.
