I know I have internal hemorrhoid because I had a colonoscopy 4 years ago where they noted them.  Occasionally I'll feel itching and I use cream and it's gone within a day.  Those are the usual symptoms, but this time, it's different.  I feel a pushing type of feeling down there.  Like something hard is pushing down.  I am not constipated, though possibly a little firmer than usual in the last week.  I don't have any tissue outside, but this feeling of pressure and tightness is really bothersome.  I began using cream inside today to see if it helps, but so far, no relief.  No bleeding, no itching, just a swollen feeling inside.
I struggle with health anxiety, so sometimes I make things that are minor and nothing at all, and I make them a horrible thing to be fearful of dying.  It's awful.  So I am trying to find more logical explanations for what I'm feeling.  It's like the muscles are all pushing really hard...but they're not.
I don't have insurance, so I'm trying to wait it out a few more days to see if it's truly necessary to be seen.
Just curious if anyone has experienced this with internals
