Hemorrhoids from straining?

Hi. Okay so this is a embarrassing situation that led to this. I had carved pumpkins and had eaten some pumpkin seeds, about a half a cup or around there, that was all I had ate for two days. I went to have a bowel movement a day or two later and the sharp seeds got stuck in my anus. I was in severe pain. First trip to outpatient ER clinic they diagnosed me with constipation and gave me two suppositories to take home with lactulose which did nothing!! Went back again that same night to the ER and again, nothing was done. Went back a third time and they did a rectal exam and diagnosed me with fecal impaction. They numbed me lidocaine for the mouth up my butt and tried a enema. Didn't work. Sent me home. I came home and ended up having a seizure from pushing so hard to go. Went back to outpatient ER by ambulance and they numbed me again with lidocaine and got about a quarter of a cup of seeds out by manual disimpaction. That hurt so bad!!!! Came home and tried to go and the rest he couldn't reach now moved down to where the others were. It was a waiting game for the seeds to soften and pass. I had them stuck in my anus for over 8 days. Worst pain I've ever been in. Now I have had hemorrhoids from the constant pushing I was doing trying to go. So my question is how long will these last? Will I need surgery? I am TERRIFIED. I have had them 9 days. I feel like they're probably a grade 2. I have never had hemorrhoids in my life. Can anyone tell me on a guess how long these will probably last? If I'll need surgery? Thank you in advance.

Hi, One time, I had the same story with ER when they gave you a shot and sent you home three times. And you continue hopelessly to rock and roll on the floor from the pain. Your case with the seeds is particular, but what I learned during the last months is don't push! Learn about a good diet to have a poof very quickly. If you have internal hemorrhoids, they are treated easily. It is not an actual surgery, and you go home in 15 minutes. You can see it on the Internet. How long? Usually, this is a chronic disease for all life. I received treatment for internal hemorrhoids every 6-12 months for about 15 years when I saw that it was too bloody. But I have just started with external hemorrhoids, which are don't bleed but painful. So first, you need to understand what type of hemorrhoids you have.
