Is this hemeroids or cancer?

So I've been having on and off bleeding from the back passage for about 3 years now. Always thought it was due to constant straining because I suffer with ibs. But I bleed even when my stools are lose and o still have to strain. I feel as though the muscle that's meant to make you pass your stool some what without the need to strain isn't working.
There's no blood in my stool it's just on the paper and in the toilet bowl.
Rarely itchy, sometimes a burning sensation. But I'm always bloated and can hardly eat meals because of that and it's all adding up to me thinking I have cancer somewhere along the instestines bowl and rectum.
It may well just be hemeroids and I hope it is, but if it is and it's caused by my ibs symptoms then this tells me I will suffer with hemeroids for the rest of my life? Is there a way I can save myself from it?
