I have a constant pressure in my anus.

A feeling that it's 'just there' and I had it for a year and a half. It doesn't hurt or burn or any pain associated with it. It is hard to do the #2. When I go poop or have to fart, I have to push hard. My stool today was slippery/slimey but no mucus. I am a 19 year old and I have no doctor right now. I am scared to death that it's anal cancer. Please help! :*(

I know this is old, but curious if you found an answer.  Same feeling here, and no insurance so trying to wait it out to be sure a dr visit is truly necessary.

My stool has gone back to normal and the pressure is less present but I still feel it. Any help?
