Prolapsing internal hemorrhoid/stool shape

Hi

A week ago I was diagnosed with a  prolapsing internal hemorrhoid. It doesn't bleed or anything, just feel constant pressure in the area and if I strain it pokes through the anus. I also noticed that my stools are coming out flat on one side. Can the hemmi be causing it? Really worried and anxious

Its nothiing to be scared about. It most from a weakness in the sphicter muscle and there are many ways to surgically help this and most people are completely relieved of symptoms. Just work with the best doctors and youll be just fine.

Thank you so much, I was really concerned about the flattened stool if it was not a symptom of something else

Hi and welcome. What you have is a peice of tissue that has balloned and is filled with blood inside your anus. Until the blood comes out it will continue to cause discomfort and flatten your stools.
The blood needs to come out so if its not then see a doc as they can prescribe some 2.5% cortizone cream that can aide in this. Over time the blood can come out by itself but since your having issue get some medical aide. No reason to suffer when help is available
