I'd say that it looks like your meds are not working. Get another pcr about 2 weeks after the last one, and if your VL has increased again then that's confirmation. Your doc should guide you in this case, but he'd have to either up your meds of stop the treatment.
Best of luck,

Your liver enzymes can bounce around a bit but your viral load should go steadily downward to zero by week 12.
If it isn't then you need to speak to the doctor ASAP because something is definitely NOT working for you and if the meds aren't working you need to change them immediately.
Good luck.

Mine did when I first started this tx, i am on infergen tho and was only then injecting 3 times a week.
Gi changed it to ever day and now I am UND.
But Infergen can sometimes do that the first month.
What week are you in? What SOC are you using?
Don't panic, but I would ask for another PCR soon, to see how you are doing.
Good luck
Deb
My understanding is that the VL should go down on treatment if the medication is working and effective. I haven't heard of it going up in this case.
i think they go upand down but unto my knowledge they should go down but maybe someone else can give u more info..iam new kinda still at this
