about heptitis A

Hello ! I'm 33 years old and i have recently (feb 2016) got hepatitis type A,  and i have taken the treatment in the hospital. now  I am okay with all, actively participating in my daily work and having food regular. So I have checked my blood reports recently (4 days back) that show everything is normal. So My question is that can go for gym in this movement or if  I have to wait then please tell me what is the parameters for it...one of my friend told me that up to one year i should not go there for any exercises.  PLEASE HELP ME. THANKS
