when i go to the toliet and wipe my self im bleeding from my bum i am only 13 so what are the reasons for this

If this is a hemmoroid....  13 sounds pretty young for this... but if it is..

add daily coconut to your diet....
natural organic, unsweetened is best, but even the shredded, sweetened kind will work (put could make you gain weight and possible insulin problems)   Put it in smoothies and drink.
I like strawberries and bananas.  You can also throw in some coconut oil,just melt it first.

I know coconut sounds like a weird fix, but it worked for me.  Give it a try for a couple of weeks.  

Metimucil pills can help as well.

preparation H helps too.

Tell your mum for sure.

I hope you've told your parents about this.  They will make sure your conditions is monitored and get you to the doctor if necessary.  Take Care and tell your Mom and Dad.

wrong forum but i will answer, at your age most likely hemorrhoids and nothing more serious. eat lots of fiber and pick up some preperation H at the drug store. if it does not clear up after a few weeks see a doctor. good luck.
