Can someone talk to me? ...

Im going through hell. Im having sleepless nights for about a month now and my anxiety and guilt is killing me.

I still havent told my GF about this and I may have exposed her to the virus.  We havent had penetrative sex yet but we had oral sex a few times already. She said that she plans to grow old with me, but what will happen if she gets to know this? Worse, if she gets infected? We're only a few months together and a problem of this magnitude will shake the foundations of our very young relationship.

*sigh*

You shouldn't be lying, it is for the good of other people not only your gf. If you can't do that, atleast you shouldn't do that, having sex, you are transmitting the virus to your gf and to her family. Be more concerned to other people and not yourself.

You can bring on general discussion on Hep A-D and vaccination with her and possibly ask if she has the vacinnation.

Good day, how do you know you have HBV. Have you taken the test? What is the result? You need this to let us know you are infected and at what stage of infection you are.
For now, as per you girlfriend, don't tell her yet but make sure you protect her and if possible, ask her to take the test and get vaccinated if she is not infected.
Don't start to lose your sleep yet until you confirm all these.
