2010 int'l conference beijing

PRELIMINARY EVIDENCE OF RAPID HBsAg SEROCONVERSION IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEPATITIS B (CHB) TREATED WITH A DNA-BASED AMPHIPATHIC POLYMER
author Andrew Vaillant

see if you can find more on google about AMPHIPATHIC POLYMERS, i havent' found a lot.

almost all trials on new hbv durgs have been stopped recently, even those drugs who continue trials for hiv, and this doesn't make sense unless industry knows already we have come to a solution on hbv....maybe this is it

hbsag seroconvertion in duck model is 55% in 28days, we will have to wait march beijing conference to see human trials results, good to know no sides and no resistance are issues with this med.

i have found more on this REP 9AC which showed rapid hbsag seroconvertion on first human trials, the link below is the company.
this is the first med which shows high rates of seroconvertion in a short time.On the website they talk only about duck animal model which is almost the same as human model and in march conference in bejin they will show the human trial data.

Andrew Vaillant trial started on march, good info on compound, no info on hbv trial results, looks like the name of the hbv drug is REP 9AC
