HBS Antigen detected?

hi sir,
i am 23 old and in 2008 i effected  to carcinoma thyroid, i undergo to surgery and now again i faced the same problem in 2012. i have a doubt that, is there any problem if i get married. And again i faced another problem that HBS Antigen is "detected". please send me the solution sir.

if you didnt consult gastro Dr yet, search for good Gastroentrologist who is having good knowledge in virology, go for diagnostics ,like viral load and LFT, treatment may or may not be warranted, so go for necessary tests and share, by the way where do you live?

you need full tests to determine status, possible hbsag quantity in iu/ml to see if hbv can be cleared definitely with interferon

if you ll take chemio or any drug that damages immune system to cure cancer you need tenofovir or entecavir antivirals to prevent any exacerbation of hbv infection which can be deadly during chemios if not protected by antivirals

Sorry to hear this. According to the Hepatitis B Welcome page there are other tests to determine whether you are "Acutely" or "Chronically" infected.
