Weird stomach problems

Heres whats going on though. Lately I've been having this sharp pain in the middle of my stomach whenever I had to go to the bathroom. It would go away but always come back when I had to go or had gas. I decided to take pepto bismo. It worked for a day with couple doses I thought I was fine again but it came back.  Was just wondering what you think I should do. Also occasionally I spit out little drips of blood, any idea why?

I take viread. Could viread be affecting something?

In my layman's opinion, spitting out blood is not normal.  Make sure first you don't have gum problems.  If you have regular dental checkups and your dentist did not find any problem, then you should go see your doctor.
