Alisporivir, Phase 3 - Am I the only one going into this study?

Have passed the first interview, had all the labs done, physical done, new bx will be done on Monday, with "dexa" on Tuesday.  Tx could start as soon as 2 wks if all is good with the bx and dex.  Haven't seen any chatter whatsoever on this phase three trial, and that kinda makes me a bit nervous.  This is my best shot at tx since the drugs are so prohibitively expensive.  I know viral load isn't any indicator any more, but mine has quadrupled in the last year so I am a bit worried what the results will be of the bx, since my last one was 5 years ago.  Any tips on preparing for treatment?  Working up to it, things to know ahead of time and/or have on hand?  not really even sure what question to ask, just anxious I guess.

doesn't matter... I just got knocked out due to the blood pressure meds I take.  Really frustrating to get so close.  Had all the tests, all the paperwork done, everything all set - it's a no go

Don't worry too much about not hearing a lot of chatter yet.  There are so many trials starting and recruiting and moving to the next phase, it is hard to keep up.  I'm sure within no time, a few other members will pop up in this trial.  It was really helpful for me once I did find a few others in the same trial as me so that we could share experiences and even solutions to sx.  Good luck.

There is a thread here about questions to ask before entering a trial - in the search above enter that as the subject.  If that doesn't work, someone else will join in and give you the exact link.
