4 wk. EOT viral load results

Hi everyone, wasn't sure if I should do the happy dance an post on Nan's feed, but spoke with nurse an she said viral load was undetected @ 4 wks EOT ..(GT2)  does that mean I'm cured?  Want to again thank everyone that helped get me thru treatment.  May God continue to bless you all..   Take care.  Mary

I think I read somewhere that I you are SVR4 the odds I think are like 99% that you will make the officially cured SVR12 so definately and great sign.

So I guess you will just have to keep on dancing for 8 more weeks and for the rest of your life! Congrats and good luck

Comgratulations!!  You have, officially, climbed one more stairstep on the staircase to the dais !  So very close!  However, Cando is probably right, as you are (were : -)? a Gt2.  

But I am one for seeing it, officially on the Lab report @ EOT 12.  

Keep hanging on - 8 weeks wiill go by to fast!! In the meantime, do a little happy dance ( practice is good : -). ).  Pat

Thanks for the info.  Physically, I  haven't felt better in years.  Fatigue an irritability are gone, just dry mucus membranes still giving me issues, BUT, small price to pay for possible cure.  I know I'm jumping the gun, but just feel I've beaten this dragon.. Charlie, you'll be finished before you know it an like Can Do said I think awhile back, we'll make room on the "waiting couch " for you to find out your SVR.  TAKE CARE EVERYONE.  MARY

Hi Mary, my understanding is that cured would be an SVR 12...12 weeks from EOT. I would love to see that for myself, I'm on my 17th day of S/O and my VL went down significantly. 4 weeks EOT still sounds really good. Wishing you the best. I'm a 1a by the way.

It's not really official until week 12. But being your genotype 2 and und at week 4 it's safe to say yes your cured,,, Congrats.
