Anemia after EOT

I'm looking forward to getting back into running after treatment, can anyone tell me how soon after eot they may have noticed their anemia going away?

My HGB was at 8.8, at the end of my 28 week Triple Treatment. It was at 13.3 at my 12 week post Treatment labs, and was 14.2, at my 6 month post SVR labs.
I felt good enough to resume running, a few weeks after ending treatment, and I feel stronger then ever, now that I am at 7 months post Tx. Keep in mind that I eat a very healthy diet, balanced with fruits, veggies, and some lean meat, but I try to avoid white bread and sweets,. And I take vitamin D3 5000 iu's daily, and sublingual B12, 1000 mgs per day~  Good luck, and Happy Trails~

I am a lifelong runner. My Hgb was as low as 9.3 which resulted in a riba reduction. I ran throughout treatment, although rather spottily. I finished treatment on the 18th of Jan and have been running 20 miles a week since about 2 weeks ago with eot Hgb  of 14. I feel great, but my baseline was 15,9 and I am sure it is near that now. It helped a lot that I continued to run, when I could, during treatment. I evaluated how I felt each day  and ran as far as I could, usually around 2 to 3 miles. I was veeeeery happy with that. Keep your eye on both prizes, svr and physical conditioning. For what it's worth, I had almost all of the sides, good luck...Mark .

From what I've seen, most on the forum have reported their cbc's return to normal in about 4 weeks.  Some take shorter, some longer.  Although my rbc's didn't go too low, my ANC did.  It took about 4 weeks for both to slowly climb back to normal.  I also felt better as well at one month and even better at 2, etc.
