creatine albumin level 50 to 1 ?

Okay, Two days ago I had a Ct scan for something with Contrast so two days later they tested my creatine level, it went from 50 last year down to 1 today-what does that mean? and could it be from the contrast and what does that mean? Please could someone answer soon? It's Friday night with no way to ask my doctor until Monday. Thanks

Sorry I wasn't able to help, just not familiar with those particular tests as I think they relate more towards diabetes as opposed to the liver and Hep C.  Best of luck to you, here's wishing you better health in the future.

Thank you for trying to help me interoret my test, I called consulting nurse and talked to the doctor and he said its a big flucuation but within normal range and nothing to worry about now. He said to bring it up to my doctor the next visit but no cause for concern now. I had to go off my glucophage for diabetes for a couple days and now I can go back on. Thanks again.

Sorry I'm confused about two different tests. What I should have said is that in one years time my albumin/creatinine gragh went from 50 down to 1, a fourty nine pt. drop, what does that indicate? Forget the contrast for this one please?

Are you sure you are making an apples to apples comparison?  I ask because a 1.0 serum blood creatine level is perfectly normal.  I think the normal range is .7-1.2 but probably varies slightly depending on the test used.
