SGPT can vary significantly in short periods of time causes of slightly elevated SGPT (ALT) can be Slightly high ALT levels may be caused by:

So you could have had an extra hard work out then took a lot of Tylenol and maybe an alcohol drink for example which could result in elevated ALT.
