Most of this is speculative at best and demonstrative of the luring of investors via a predictable future of drugs with or without a success rate ratio percentage which fluctuates in a random order of non-translucent prediction by scientists and the media, conforming to a predicted predetermined approval by the FDA, which in it's infancy of discovering the efficacy of these new drugs, is still yet to be scrutinized and evaluated to a degree of relevance for the public release by a time line yet to be determined or publicized, which is mandated by their guidelines and their committee of scientists, who have yet to study the final results of the clinical trials.
