I Am Thrilled

I just got back from my GI appt, got my 2 week VL results, I went from baseline 354,000 to 55, yes 55 without any zeros. I am so happy I can't even describe it.  1.74 LogIU.

I have been really leveling off on the tx, it was never even close to being real bad.

What a great feeling.

Bree

Seriously good news Bree; it drives home the fact that the meds are more than smoke and mirrors. It looks like you’re well on your way to virus free territory; good luck and let us know how it goes—

Geno 3 and a response like that and conventional wisdom says you're home free my friend. Not sure how the news could be better, unless maybe some researcher discovered a link between tx and winning the Powerball lottery :-)

A hearty congrats!

thank you guys, yea, it really gives you a good boost early on, reason to forge ahead.
and yes, I have my 4 week test I'm taking on Friday.
I like that 'almost guarantees SVR.'

Congrats! looks like you will be undetectable next test. Is your doctor going to do the very important 4 week test? If you are unde at 4 weeks this will make you a rapid responder and "almost" gurantees SVR.

Best of luck

That is great news! You are responding really well. It makes any discomfort worth it when you see results like that doesn't it?

I hope your sx continue to be easy to deal with. I'm at week 22 and am starting to have more issues, hope that doesn't happen to you.
