I waited for six years because my liver was in good shape and my health fine. I'm doing the Boceprevir trial because it *is* time for me to do so. It's rough. I'm glad I waited.

I'm all in favor of waiting for those who have the time. :) Good luck!

I just want to post that I know that herbs want cure hcv. I am aware that I have it. All I am saying is that I am capable and willing to wait it out. I am healthy enough. It want be long and we will all have options on different meds. Until then the things that we are more likely to be depleted of due to this virus I will help replace.  We all have options.

Hi, I was gonna start tx and I just wasn't ready. I am however tired of living with this virus. Just knowing its there is the only reason I checked into tx. I'm still going to treat one day just not right now. Yes, ana598 is in phase 1, however the doc said yesturday their are 30 new drugs on the horizon. I am just weighing my options. Thanx

It's not that this forum doesn't support the natural way to good living but we all understand that taking vitamins and herbs will not kill the virus only interferon/ribavirin can CURE you of this disease.

Herbs cannot. Having a nice level enzyme level is great but it does not mean that you do not have hep c or that it is not affecting your body in any way.

Pretty simple.

Oh sorry about that rosco1, I saw your other post below this one after I wrote above.

"anady's ana598. Reduces viral load dramatically without the cocktail. My viral load has come down to a little under a mil from 32 mil a couple of months ago as well as enzymes almost normal. I do take vit and herbs. I don't consider them high doses just more than what the FDA suggests, and I do think that is what has kept me healthy, as I am never sick."

Last I heard this drug ana598 is only in phase I trials.  Very few drugs make it to phase III and right now telaprevir and boceprevir are the first two drugs who have made the grade.   good luck

Yes this forum is all about clearing the virus, but nobody minds if you want to use herbs.  Just don't come on here selling them, I think that's what the main consensus is.  If you want to clear the virus then you can't do it with herbs.  By the way, I thought you were starting tx yourself?

If you have used herbs for years and you are so healthy then why would you even look into txing with interferon and ribavirin since you think they are so "harsh"?  Just curious?
good luck with your herbs

I have used herbs and vitamins for years now. I am very healthy. My fibrosure numbers are perfect. I don't believe this forum supports the natural way, I do until something less harsh comes along. ANA598 is worth watching  if you have the time. I do and I am. No iterferon nor ribavirin is what I am looking for. good luck
