Liver/hep-c

have not been onsite for a while.  husband seems to be slowly getting worse.  much much more tired.  i keep reasurring him that with the hep-c hes going to be tired and run down and at times feverish.  he works as a tree arborist.  cannot do near the work he use too... sticks with much smaller jobs because of his condition.  we just have noticed over time the last 18 months.  other stuff is declining.  hes more tired, gets easily confused... falls more and now his oxygen levels are down.  has seen a pulmonary doctor and has to have further testing.  has hole in his heart (that we all have but most of ours closes at birth) his didnot and because of his health its causing a problem now.  he had several tests in oct, nov and december... waiting for appt w/another pulmonary for further options.  hes listed on the transplant list but lower on the list.  his last CAT scan in october showed a spot on the liver (in the middle) but it was repeated end of december and spot was gone (good news) he has a mass 7cm on the edge of the liver they think is fluid filled.  they increased some of his meds.  i am sure others have suffered the fatigue with the hep-c.  any help on what to do or how to help... some days he wakes up at like 8am, gets out of bed and goes to the couch and sleeps for hours... might wake up around 5-6pm.  he says he cant fight it sometimes.  i feel bad...
