Yes, one of my past doctors stopped a guy he thought he would attempt
suicide. He forturnately was und at the time he stopped. He remained
UND and eventually was considered SVR. Try to remain positive
because I don't think there's anyway of predicting what will happen
with this treatment.
Wish you the every best.

EASL: 100% SVR in IL28B SNP rs12979860 C/C patients treated with 12 weeks of telaprevir, peginterferon and ribavirin in the PROVE2 trial - (04/23/12)
Maybe this could help you
Were you Undetectable? Were you taking the Incivek or Victrelis? Or just the duel combo of Peg/Riba? A few people have quit early however I am not sure about a time frame longer than two weeks. Certain side effects can be harsh to the point of dangerous for a select group of people. I know stopping can't have been an easy decision to make. Hopefully you will start to feel better very soon and you can go back to enjoying being a new mother. There are HCV meds with less harsh side effect profiles coming down the pike so it is not as if you won't have the chance to clear the virus.
I do not know the odds of SVR if you are UND I hope and pray you remain that way.
Feel better soon♫♪
I have seen a few people who have had to stop tx. Hopefully one will see your post and respond. I know workingdog had to stop due to eye issues. He is 3 months post now and still und. Think he will make it and his eyes are back. He is very fortunate. Frijole keeps stats on those who share, you can look these up. She keeps them as images in her profile so folks can review. I did some research on the trials because I was feeling so bad near the end of tx. I put some bits and pieces together on incivek trials and spread out over months it seemed you could average 10% a month. This seemed to be a best case scenario to me based on the data. There was no real way to tell from what I found that the last month wasnt much more critical that earlier months and that an average could actually apply. There was just not enough info to really tell. Anyway, it encouraged me to keep going.
Not sure anyone can really answer your question but it has been done and some make it and some don't.
I see you have stopped. Hope you are one of the lucky ones. Best wishes for svr.
