Hep C retreats?
Anybody think that a camping retreat on a beautiful river with great food, music and massages/latest news talks and support might be a good idea?
I have a secluded lovely spot on a very clean, clear river and 3 acres of campground.... with a stage and lots of musicians. plus lots of alternative/ nutritional/ licensed therapy/counseling/ healer friends.
would have to affordable of course, but maybe we could help each get thru tx and share info?

we are in the process of coming with ideas to make it:
A- affordable ($50 per person for a weekend?) with donations accepted?
B- worth it
C- make this first one a short time; we can all help design what would work.
D- how can we get together and help each other?
E- if you are too sick or too broke to come how might this work for YOU?
what if we had rides? what if we had seminar type info events and made short dvd's to share with the community?
F- maybe this fall??????

Grants have too many strings. What about a nominal charge? I would certainly chip in for my share of the costs.

Ok Im so on board for this!!!! When and where do I sign up for this? I'm still in the process of being dx but I'd love to meet others face to face that have been where I am and can share their wisdom

I would love that. I was born and raised in the great state of TX. I have been in forced excile to MN for 20 Years and I just want to go home. I really miss it
I am in DFW area. We need healthy SVR and others not treating to do all the work so us sickies can just show up and get pampered. Then when we are cured we can take the reigns and carry it on
