You can try calling local hospitals or universities that have hepatology department and ask if they have financial assistance or charity care programs.
Most provide help for low income patients.
As mentioned above, clinical trials can be a great way to go.

If you are able to get to a university affiliated medical center, they ususally have financial assistance programs. Call and speak with social services at the hospital.

the first time i was on treatment i went through the manufactorer(*). it was a hassle but got my meds free. this time my doc helped me and i was approved for all three meds within a week. no cost to me. im a single mom with no insurance so yes there is defenitely help out there. good luck
Clinical trials for new meds can be a source of help free. I am very lucky to be involved in a trial all oral meds, few if any side affects. It is working!

Often patients without resources (ie ,income or insurance) will find assistance through the drug manufactures. Obviously meeting certain criteria. Possibly satrt with calling these numbers.
