Hepatitis C Feedback Session - Seeking Volunteers!!!

MedHelp.org is recruiting English-speaking members who are diagnosed, being treated, or have been treated for HCV.  Individuals not yet diagnosed are not eligible for the session.

We want to understand your experience and needs in considering treatment options.  Your feedback is invaluable to us and we want to learn more! Individuals who qualify and participate in a one (1) hour teleconference will receive an electronic gift card as honoraria.

I filled out the questionaire. When it asks for the best time for the teleconference, it gives 4 time slots and says to check all that apply. However, it will only allow you to pick one time slot. As soon as you try to pick a second time slot, the first time slot loses its check mark.
