Not sure where you live, but I live in California, and Medical Marajuana is an option that many Doctors are okay with, at least here where I live.
You could try a very small amount. I wouldn't suggest more then a puff or two, because the Riba causes lungs to be dry, and a little bit goes a long way, for relieving the tension, both mental and physical, which you are describing ( I had those sx also)
If that is not an option, then a nice bath, with naturally scented bath salts may feel nice. Also, a massage should help~  good luck

i think you just have to hang in there....lots of bad symptoms are a drag...it would help if you could post more details..like your blood work..what week of tx are you in...are you on triple?...and what stage/grade and geno type...then other here will be able to help you more...i had a real tough time with symptoms too...post tx make sure to keep up on drinking lots of water for a while....dehydration can cause all kinds of stuff....good luck......billy

If "alternative" is what you are after, I can only suggest something which worked for me in the past - hypnosis sessions, breathing exercises

You could always ask your doctor for some anxiety and pain medication
