How to get rid off pimples?

Dear friends is there any solution for pimples...my wife gotta pimples on her face.. mostly it comes during her monthly period time and she is very much fed up with it (i guess every women hates)...well don't know if its coz of hep c or wat....please need ur help guys...

hormone related acne is very hard to clear, the best I can recommend is to use retinaldehyde, consistently, spot treat w/ something antibacterial during breakout, Tea tree oil, something antinflammatory,

Find ways around getting rid of pimple first other then getting on medication.
-Stop fatty salty food
-Exercise
- Tone, moisturize face
- Exfoliate once every so and so
-Eat more fruits and vegies
And find the right skin care that suits your face. If you have oily skin get brands that help with oily skin.
But if the pimples only come when its period time then welcome to lady hood it happens to us all nothing will stop that

Back in the days when I had monthly periods to worry about, I always got pimples... It's called "life" in a body that can produce babies. She'll just have to accept it and find the best way to deal until she gets old enough to stop all of the hormonal fluctuations every month.

Nope, pimples aren't caused by hepc.  Wife needs to see a dermatologist.
