Husband said he's dumping me! Questions about insurance.

Husband said last night he has had it with me and that this is it! Now that he know's that he's hep-c free. I've been having a hard time talking to him about the diease and when he found out I got on janis7hepc.com and chatted he was furious. If he leaves does his insurance have to cover me while being sick? Or will I be dropped, hope there is someone out there that has the same problem! Fresno calif.

Maybe they can approve the treatment with like a blanket coverage given the circumstances or something.  I would try the insurance company for sure - this can't be the first time something like this has happened.

Worry,,,,Sorry to hear your hubby is bailing out when the going gets rough but hey,,,,On a good note,,,,You just found out you are married to a jerk and you will be better of being rid of his a@@....As far as insurance,,,as long as you are married,,,you will be covered.  If he decides to follow through,,,ask him to put of actual divorce until you have done your tx and cleared.  Thats not too much to ask....

you have to call the insurance company to get that answer. The divorce is going to take sometime and maybe it can be entered in the decree to cover you healthwise. I guess it is when you go through thick and thin that you know who you can count on or not. What an insensitive moved at this time on his part!
Make that call to the Insurance co. and present the scenario to them. And look for a good lawyer that will get you the best deal out of this breakup, If you feel that there is no chance for reconciliation, that is.
