I am almost certain that I have hepatitis... some questions, pls help

Things I do know if I have it, Ive had it for 20 years, Im now 38, got gonorrhea in the Philippines when I was 18, had an std screening but not a hep panel (unbelievable) fast forward to now.... 4 years ago i noticed some brown spots on my stomach freckle like looking, i noticed it was getting bigger but very slowly, 3 years ago also noticed my face was dryer had a hard time keeping it moisturized, a year ago i was getting depressed, thinking what the hell is going on with my thinking, thought it was because of a job change (had to work late and drive about 250 miles a day) OK so last December I go to the doctor and got a CMP, CBC and a Lipid panel, my cholesterol was like 2 points higher and my bilirubin was 1.7 everything else was normal, the doc knew I was depressed and told me not to worry. now 10 months later stared getting depressed again changed my doctor and showed him the spots on my abdomen last tuesday he had a bunch of test done including a hep panel, still waiting for the results and I,m so depressed now I have not slept or eaten. the more I read about it the more convinced i am that I have it.

My question is if I've had this for 20 years and the depression, the spots, the dry skin id due to it means that it due to liver damage, Can I have severe liver damage with the cmp, lipid, cbc results that i got last December????

depression - could be from work
dry skin - don't know
brown spots on abdomen - don't know
jaundice - never
lost of appetite - never except when depressed
Muscle and joint pains - never
Nausea and vomiting - never
fever - never
stomach pain or around the liver area - never

My depression is 100 times worse, I have not been with a woman in 18 years also maybe why I'm depressed
also live with a 4 year old niece that is like a daughter to me and we spend a lot of time together, separate bathrooms, dont really kiss on the lips just hugs, but since she was a baby I have changed her diapers 100's of times, fed her 100's of times, I'm just really scared for her not so much for me.

Your older now, skin is going to start to dry out.  With aging comes all kinds of spots, bumps, skin flaps, etc.  Normal part of aging.  Most people with hepc don't have any symptoms.  Many go for routine blood work which reveals high liver enzymes and the rest is history.  Don't assume the worst, because you don't know what is going on.  Depression is not exclusive to hepc.  Millions of people experience it so again, could just be where your head is at right now.  Fretting is not going to solve anything because if you do have hepc, you can't change it.  You deal with it accordingly.  Wait until you know what your situation is and if it's worst case scenario, go ahead and have a meltdown, we'll be here to help you through it.
Good Luck

Depends which reference range;
Quote.
''The reference range for plasma bilirubin is 3-17 micromoles per litre (2.5-10 mg/litre).''
Do try and relax on this -I'll be very surprised if there is a problem

I am almost certain you don't have hepatitis.
Nothing you report is indicative.
If all your tests are normal except bilirubin why do you think you have it?
Hepatitis is asscoited with high bilirubin-yours is,if anything slightly low.
I think you have correctly identified your problem as depression and this is where you need assistance.
