best of luck.... hopefully, we will all have our day in the sun.
This is cute, You don't actually "do a drug." Latisse is a solution that you apply topically. I use it AM/PM and I have to say my lashes are incredible. I love not having to wear mascara. Having my eyes stand out is a real spirit booster since I am losing hair by the glob and have lost most of my eyebrows due to what my doc says is Interferon-induced hypothyroidism. So yes, I am taking Synthroid now.

Anyway, the ♥real♥ reason I posted again is because I just re-read your post and noticed this sentence:
"HGB stayed about 9.2 all of tx."
My God, how did you manage this? I was certain my Hgb plummeted at 12 weeks because I feel like I am walking in fog and am totally dysfunctional. The thing is, I discovered today that it is 10.2 which is kind of low but no where near lots of people on Pro-crit already, many of them whose Hgb is not even as low as yours!
I seriously do not want to be on one more medication so it is from that perspective I commend you for trudging forward.
oh yes, the nose hairs, I cut them right away!! I want folks looking at the eyes, not the nose...LOL also no armpit or leg hair for 5 months, grocho marcs eyebrows though! Crazy drugs produce crazy hair...
So happy for you that you have crossed the finnish line. I'm sort of comparing with you since you also treated with Victrelis. It is comforting for us still on tx that you share your after tx experiences. I really hope you will stay with us from time to time :)
by the way; lama lashes here too! I noticed it after reading your post and it's really amazing...I also noticed that I had some nose hair that seems to have grown a bit more than usual...lol...not so happy about that one. Will have to cut those nose hairs sticking out...I'm 39 and female and not comfortable with growing nose hair like and old man..;)
So happy for you! I know what that feels like and I am so glad you are done and on your way to recovery and SVR.
Congratulations! And thank you! I'm doing the same therapy as you and am still at the feel-dead-tired-but-I-must-take-pills-fall back down stage (only week 8 now). Gives me hope I really can get through this.
Lama lashes? Got them and for me they are horrid. They curl up against the lenses in my glasses and continually smear them. Don't know why the ladies always want them long and lush!
Congratulations! So very happy for you!
On to SVR, That's very good to hear Mo.Congrats!!!!
Bob
Everone keeps asking me if I use that stuff. No, there is no way I would do a drug for lashes. I have to keep mascara on mine because they curl in every direction and scratch my eyeballs!! I have "crazy lashes". Yes, it was a hard race, not one I hope to ever put back on my race calendar. Lol
Thanks everyone......mo
Spool happy for u. Each day u will feel better and stronger. The relief at being free of all mess is awesome. Enjoy your holiday
It was a hard race but you finished . congrats! I wonder if you could use that stuff called Latise if you could keep the llama lashes . I do not like mine they curled up and the look like smashed curly fries.... it is weird
congratulations mo!! i'm so happy for you. it must be a relief not to think about shots or pills! good luck in your future. belle
Congrats!! Hoping for SVR!
Well done!!
Lama Lashes...lol yep I remember those.
So happy you're finished...wishing the best possible outcome.

Very Nice. Congratulations a thousand times....AHHHHH, no more drugs.....
Hip hip hoooray!
Here's to feeling better and SVR.
Comgratulations! Here's to you....and here's to you feeling better!
Cheers!
Great Job Mo
Congratulations!!!!
Yeah Mo!!! As you know, so glad to hear yet another warrior crosses the finish line. Well done my friend. The reality will begin to sink in as you realize each day no more meds and begin to feel just a little better. Hope to hear a SVR in 3 months.
Congratulations on reaching the finish line! Be sure to check back in with your SVR news when that arrives, and send those good-health vibes back here for those who are still in tx.
