plz help

i was told by my hepotoligist i had cleared the hcv until a test confiring that showed a vl of 1200 i had ben feeling ok for about 2weeks after being very sick for 2 months i called the oncall dr he told me with increased symptoms i should go to the er for blood work which were normal 1 week ago my liver enzems r now in the 100s i cant get anyone to give me straight answers im so stressed out and almost ready to not even go back to see a dr and just live my life the best i can my dr hasnt done any thing except blood work once a week to keep an eye o n the liver #s and vl what if anything should be done for me in this acute stage do i need a  new dr should i be worried that my vl went from 43 to 1200 in just 1 week with my liver#s back up even slightly is this a bad sign plz help

I don't know much about the acute state but it appears you didn't clear.  Hopefully, my comment will bump you up so someone more knowledgable can reply.  Try to remain calm, nothing will happen fast regardless.  Do make sure you keep copies of all your labs.
