Are you saying new studies possibly starting for the first time soon? I keep checking clinicalstudies.gov and still nothing. Gilead won't give us any hints but keeps referring back to .gov which tells us nothing regarding possible other studies.

RE: your 2nd 8/11 post:

Please consider paying a visit to http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Hepatitis-C/-ION-1---ION-2---ION-3---LONESTAR---ELECTRON-statuses/show/1991880 once you have some definitive post-treatment viral load info to share (if it's structured like ION2 you won't know anything until EOT+12 when they either invite you to schedule a EOT+24 followup, or ask you in for a second EOT+12, unless you get a private VL test outside the trial).

Thanx

I had the 8 week arm without riba.  Congrads to you as well.  I finished 8/4 and go back the beginning of Sept. for my first blood draw after taking the meds.  Very nervous.  There are not any people talking about the 8 week trial.  I am sure other are finished by now.  Wish some would start saying something!  I am genotype 1a.

Congrats on your undetected.  I just found this trial clinicalconnection.com and it says its "recruiting" I'm submitting a reply of interest.  I'm wondering if this trial is still recruiting?

Hi there.  You have a very good question. may be they aren't posting because they are not having any problems.  Not Sure.

I visit another site mostly where there are many people in trials including ION 3.

I started this trial May 23rd. I got the 12 week arm no riba. I am gt 1b.  I was undetected at wks 1, 2 and 4 and will get the 6 week result next week which I expect to be und also.  As far as sides the only problem I have is a little tired about 6 hrs after taking my pill.  This is very easy compared to what I read about other treatment.

Which arm did you get and how are you doing. Would love to hear.

Kathleen
