Post treatment

I'm 8 months post treatment and I  still feel terrible. I'm fatigued, low body temp (2 to 4 degrees) always, body aches and pains . I've been to see an endocrinologist and I'm on 2 different thyroid medicines. Thyroid was an issue prior. I am SVR. Got any ideas for my next step?

I forgot to mention to talk to your doctor first before adding an amino acids because some can cause ill effects depending on what you can tolerate.  The exercise you can do on your own but still you may have to force yourself.   Stay safe!!

Sorry to hear about your ongoing issues, some ppl feel pretty rough for months ahead.  I only have one idea for you and it has two ingredients.  Exercise and amino acids, there's a number of very good amino's on the market which are not too pricey and work very well.  I know the exercise will be difficult but you gotta force yourself to see and feel the difference.  good luck!
