Jeez, Ness—
Are you back from the hospital now? What did the doctor say about your condition? Did they tell you what your Neutrophils Absolute were while you were there? I know they have been on the low side lately. I imagine they’ve started you with new antibiotics; I hope they do the job this time, and that the pain medicine is adequate to help you sleep. All the best to you, and do stay in touch—
Bill
Glad to hear you're ok. Hope you feel better soon.

Rang a friend early am and went to hospital guys you are right..its too scary not knowing whats going on..I've had chest infections & then pneumonia for about a month and Ive torn a muscle in my chest coughing. Thought I was having a hearty..
I really want to thank you for posting..spend a lot of time on my own and was getting scared..I call out in this forum when I get sick and worried for solace in the fact im not doing this alone..i know there are hundreds of thousands of people in the same boat as me. This site is one of the best things that has happened around my treatment, and I know I'm not alone. There are really good people out there who are confident to share their experiences and advice and I'm deeply greatful..just getting a message last night bought on some calm..
I'm on some pain killers, shot at hospital and pills for home, had some oxygen and fluids run through me. Did I mention i got to bring some home? Yay, Ness is sleeping tonight.
Thank you guys, if I can ever return the favour I'm here for you.
Kind Regards
Ness
If its not your heart it could be Plueresy. I had it at the end of treatment. Very painful and it hurt to breathe. It started as a throbbing chest pain. The usual cause is a prolonged infection.
Either way you should get to a hospital. The hospital can check your blood and your heart to see what the cause is.

You should go to emergency hospital right away, chest pain should not be ignored. Please call 911 (or whatever passes for 911 in Oz) immediately. Good luck, please post again and let us know how it works out.
