Whats up with this Lloyd fellow on you tube???

I have 6 weeks left of the 48 week treatment. Viral load has been 0 since week 12. The other day I was on the internet and I landed on a You Tube video by a fellow named Floyd that declares that the treatement is poison and that many many patients have life long side effects from the treatement. Just wondering if any of you have some comments on this. I was so looking forward to getting my life back and now that I have been looking at internet too much and all I seem to see is negative comments on post treatment life. I am so dissapointed with all this info, it just isnt the same as what the doctor says, but then again as per Lloyds You tube video Doctors get thousands of dollars to prescribe this treatment. dont ever go there , ifound that site when and before tx. i almost didnt do the tx. it is a scarey site to go this is a very good place to ask questions or just comment i wish i found this site before the tx. is ending---rrockin516

It is bad enough to have HCV, but it is a lot worse without money. If you fall into mr rites (wrong spelling) trap you will have less money and still have HCV.
The only thing he can clear is the money out of your pockets !!!

I watched all of his videos and read alot of his material, he almost had me. I started reading outside of his endorsements and found that the only proven thing on the market is the SOC treatment, not counting the new test stuff.

I too am now SVR but have sides-I am learning to live with them.  It's great to be alive.
This forum saved my sanity if that counts for something.  Persons directed me to find a better Hepatologist and he told me that Apprx 3% will always have sides of varying degree-but it's better than being six feet under or on the nic knack shelf in an urn-right?

Lloyd is a self serving scare mongwer out to make a buck preying on our fears!  I followed and bought into this guys dribble hook line and sinker for a while.  I advise you to be wary of him.  Personally speaking. Franke566

That man is a scam artist. He is trying to push his products that way. I actually don't understand that he has not been removed by the authorities. If he lived here in Denmark, they would have shut down his site.

I treated 8 months and am now SVR. I feel great and most of the side effects from the drugs are gone.

Hi there,

You’ll find that loyd rite (I won’t spell his name correctly) is held in very low regard in here. His business is selling false cures as well as false hope to patients with a serious disease, so of course he speaks badly about the current treatments… If he can discourage people, he stands to profit.

Agente, I did several years of interferon/riba therapy, have now cleared the disease permanently, and feel great.

There will always be a % of patients that will continue to have issues; these are strong drugs, as you now know.

I imagine you’ll be fine a month or two after you complete the treatment; statistics are on your side :o). Good luck, and let us know how things go—
