Just a guess but how's your kidneys?
my kidneys are well though i never had test for it but dont have any problem in peeing
Do you have any increased pain if someone - not too hard- slaps your back with a flat fist over the lower half of your ribs?
Thanks for your reply SUSAN:
my friend just did that but no it does not. I dont have blood pressure problems nor i have diabetes my doctor have checked them and found nothing. The pain is UPPER back side and left on front where is stomach (just where left rib ends). i have this problem from last 4 years sometime i feel ok and than again after some times is starts again. In winter i have it every 2nd week.
I haven't a clue. I assume that the endoscopy ruled out hiatal hernia. Since it comes and goes it might be helpful to keep a food and activity journal and see if you notice any patterns. Good luck in your mystery.
Have a kidney scan run and you may also want to do the food journal thing and perhaps think about seeing an allergy specialist. It does sound like a mystery!
what ever it could be it's irrelevant to HCV , IT MAY BE SIMPLY MYOSITIS , specially when it increases in winter which could be relieved by analgesics and getting warm
as i told i have this problem from last 4 years does kidney problem exists this longer? and is it life threating? I have an appointment with my dr. and i will ask her to write me kidney scan
Thanks for your kind reply
Does MYOSITIS upset the stomach?
Sometimes i feel i am allergic to some type of food and when i eat it my stomach goes upset and make gas and when it make gas its start pain?
NO , your stomach may be sensitive to certain types of food so what ? lots of people have such problem , they simply avoid such kinds of foods
As I understand it, the most common food allergies are to wheat/ gluten, eggs, and dairy. You could try not eating these for 2 weeks and see how you feel. Then, add them back into your diet one at a time and stay alert for your symptoms returning - assuming they subsided during the two week abstinence interval.
Lydel, thank you for your input however, I am not the questioner.
so you rule out kidney problem? because of 4 years of this problem?
Not being a doctor, I do not rule anything in or out!
Every 3 or 4 months I have the stomanch issues. I puke, cant eat and have had every test known to man. I just go with the flow and puke. As far as the back ache the diasgonis is fibromylgia
