Hello all,  I will be starting this study tomorrow and have it on fairly good authority that the screenings for this particular trial have been closed nationwide.  However, there will be other all oral trials in the future with similar or the same drugs.  Stay posted.

But think of how far reaching your participation in this trial might have for countless others waiting in the wings to treat. This is SO exciting and promising!!!

I know and do feel that way but when I come to this site and read some of the posts of people who are on SOC and actually have to people in my inner circle of friend that both just finished 6 months ago..and although there both faired way better than all the posts I read here...I still think to myself how very blessed I am to have been spared that difficult trt protocol..but really thank you for your kind words...

First of all, congratulations on the wonderful response!  Great news for you, and very exciting news for all heppers... it's really starting to look like treatment without Interferon may happen really soon!

And don't you DARE feel guilty... rejoice!  The reality is it's a risk when you enter a trial... anyone who does so deserves credit for daring to be a pioneer and putting themselves out there, whatever the consequences... you should feel excited and proud! And you don't have to be reserved about it like your doctor :).

Keep up the good work... hip hip hooray for you and the new meds! ~eureka
