Absolutely wonderful! Congratulations! What a significant result and study, this could change the world!
Coongratulations and blessings to you and all the people in the study. I am very happy for you.
that is not a true statement that they are done recruiting..I know that for fact..
Hello all, I will be starting this study tomorrow and have it on fairly good authority that the screenings for this particular trial have been closed nationwide. However, there will be other all oral trials in the future with similar or the same drugs. Stay posted.
So excited for you!!! Congratulations!! I wish there were more oral studies happening:-)
yes they are and of course I am extremely excited for myself but equally excited for all those afflicted...
on the same website they have a link for outside the US..nothing ventured nothing gained..
wow..thses new meds are hitting hard and fast...congrats on this!
Will
But think of how far reaching your participation in this trial might have for countless others waiting in the wings to treat. This is SO exciting and promising!!!
Pam
thank you.. unfortunately i live in canada and all these appear to be US related, hopefully all oral studies will soon come here.
best of luck to you though
for geno 1,2,3 go to www.clinicaltrials.gov...type in PSI7977 and BMS 790052 all Oral..there is clearly defines the study and where it is still recruiting
is everyone a geno 3 or are there differing genos in this study?
I know and do feel that way but when I come to this site and read some of the posts of people who are on SOC and actually have to people in my inner circle of friend that both just finished 6 months ago..and although there both faired way better than all the posts I read here...I still think to myself how very blessed I am to have been spared that difficult trt protocol..but really thank you for your kind words...
sweet!!!...keep on rockin!
thank you I would have to agree...finally something that doesnt make you sicker than your feeling when you start treatment
First of all, congratulations on the wonderful response! Great news for you, and very exciting news for all heppers... it's really starting to look like treatment without Interferon may happen really soon!
And don't you DARE feel guilty... rejoice! The reality is it's a risk when you enter a trial... anyone who does so deserves credit for daring to be a pioneer and putting themselves out there, whatever the consequences... you should feel excited and proud! And you don't have to be reserved about it like your doctor :).
Keep up the good work... hip hip hooray for you and the new meds! ~eureka
Everyone is responding too you say? That is excellent, the future is looking good.
Geno type 3 sub type cc..stage 3..viral load was 2,355.050 when I started the study on August 4th..everyone accepted into this study has to be trt naive..
