Vitamineralsupplement Naz*s Achtung !

Stepping up my fitness program, so may decide to join your ranks. So get me in lock step please...

What do you take? How much do you take? Why do you take it? How does it make you feel? And anything else you want to add.

Also, anyone copy down our dear friend "Rocker's" regimen that he posted what seems like many moon's ago?

Right now, I'm taking:

Centrum Silver for my multi

Probiotics (advanced acidophilus Plus by Solgar and/or Jaro-Dophilus EPS,

2000-4000mg Omega 3 & Omega 6 Fish Oil  by Nature's Bounty

Ultimate Fiber and/or Omega Nutrion's Hi-Lignan Nutri-fax flax seed powder

One or two Ecotrin (coated baby aspirin) per day.

Looking for a good "Green" mix like what Rocker or what Kalio posted.

Jim--

I think Rockerforlife went to Ron Metcalf's (sp?) site, or at least that's what was said on this board when he left.

Yes, just trying to maintain--waiting for the miracle that's being touted as VX-950.

All the best.

Oh yeah, and Rocker is a big guy. If I remember, he said he was 200lbs and all muscle. On that diet ???? LOL. How do you say G E N E T I C S.

Swah,

Hopefully somone will post Califia's list. Sorry you can't treat but depending on how much liver damage you have, it may be the right choice anyway.

For those new here, "Rocker" was a former member who sailed through treatment with hardly a side effect, no weight loss,  and IMO hardly any calories. LOL. Here is an ole post of his and what he ate. Rocker probably isn't listening, but I all the best wishes through the internet Rock! Does anyone remember what web site he posts on now?

I cannot treat, so therefore I am a firm believer in  the benefits that nutritional supplements have given me in helping with the terrible side-effects of HCV.

I'm extremely interested in Califia's list--could someone please post the supplements she recommends? I'd like to compare it with my own regimen.

The supplements I take have helped with energy, the usual body aches, and have lowered my ALT levels 30 points in 3 months. Not quite within normal range--but getting there!

(Jim--the green drinks you mentioned are great for helping with fatigue. I use "Greentastic", manufactured by NSI, sold at Vitacost. Around $20 for a month's supply.)

You're not coming off as a product promotion and I've heard good things about Life Extension, especially from my brother. Is it still run by Durk and Sandy? I remember their original "Life Extension" book but personally I thought they were WAY overdoing the vitamin supplement thing themselves.

Anyway, I' just interested in what everyone is taking and why. Do you have Calfia's complete list? Would you mind telling me a  little more about the products you listed as to what they are supposed to do and how much you take? Also, there was another product being talked about in terms of HR, but maybe that's for people on treatment to theoretically help their chance of SVR? Do you know which one I'm referring to? Thanks.
