Waiting for treatment

Just got back from Hep Doc, minimal to no (Fibro Spec II index 12, Consistant with METAVIR F0-F1, Polymorp TT genotype) liver damage no cirrhosis.  He wants to wait.  Im at the bottom of the bottom after my blood test for success rate.  . He said around 50% for me so wait til 2014-15 for the new new drugs.  Anyone else waiting?  What are some healthy things diet wise I can do to keep my health up.  (should I stop eatting red meat? I don't drink. Vitamin?.. etc)
