hey, SG...it's pretty high as folks said, and goes to only 1% chANCE AT 6 months,
although I think the odds vary depending on the stage of disease and NASH, both NASH and late stagers have higher relaspes in general

but the thing is, we all discussed tapering back when, right?.
I believe you were planning to taper, and I certainly did.

Due to my tapering the doc decided to push my first PCR (3 mo.) out two months (since that was the duration of my taper.)

It's kind of frustrating waiting 5 months for my 3 month PCR but I do understand his logic.

You might want to factor this in if you also tapered. Especially if your insurance or Canadian system only allows for a 3 and a 6 mo. PCR. Otherwise, your 3 month test would really only be closer to a 1 month off treatment indicator, and therefore not as reliable a bench mark.

The odds are very high for SVR with a 3 month UND PCR, like 90%+ (I use that because I don't know the *exact* figure).  I take objection to those who say that it's the SAME as SVR.  Tell that to my treatment buddy who was UND at 3 months and has just found out he relapsed at his six month PCR. While it gives people very good reason to be hopeful to have an UND at three months, I still feel you have to wait out that six month PCR to be absolutely home free.

I’m not prepared to provide a link to this now; but I believe that a negative viral assay at 3 months post treatment for GT-1 with no cirrhotic involvement is 95% predictive of SVR.

If that describes you, congratulations!
