If you’re looking for herbs and supplements, there really aren’t any agents that have proven successful for managing development of fibrosis. Some people use milk thistle for this purpose, but there isn’t much data on its utility.

I suppose that depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. If you’re attempting to eliminate the virus, currently the only proven agents are interferon and ribavirin.
If you’re trying to coexist with the virus, some members here have used various herbs and supplements with varying degrees of success.
