hey girl....i just try to remember im not alone in this fight. this forum has been amazing for me...i hope i can offer the support that ive received here....remember we can and will beat this dragon!!
Its post like yours that helps me think I can get through it once I start. Thanks so much for your positive thinking..
drink LOTS of water, rest when you need to and listen to your body. you can do this. some days are harder than others but it will get better. take care. belle
try not to worry too much....this journey is a rough one..but keep your faith and know we are all here for you.....
its been a rough road so far. im a single mom and work 2 jobs. i was tired before this round of tx..but now well.....=( but im trying to stay positive cause the end result is gonna be so worth it!!
I'm impessed that you were able to work out at all.. but, it is extremely important to do so.. I was so sick I did not exercise and I paid for it after I finished...
i am just ahead of you, I took 6th shot tonight.
I forced my self to work out and now feel a lot better.
I have been trying to something every night, lift wights, or just take the dog for long walks. also I walk two miles everyday during my lunch. like I said I feel much better after I get active but I am wondering if it is contributing to me tired most of the time. I still have not got my test results back from last week. I called the nurse today and she called Quest diagnostics. they told her my blood count is a little less then when I started but well within normal? however they have not got the viral load yet. I have been trying not to think of it, whether or not this is working, but I have been thinking of nothing else .
Sorry, did not mean to steal your post.

I got hit with nausea when I was hungry. Our senses get so odd during treatment.
Drink lots of water and take snacks with you when you're out and about.
I was doing the same thing now I am on week 11 seems to have gotten much better even worked 8 hours took my son to Urgent Care and made mac and cheese 9:00 and now I am tired to say the least feels good to get something done once in awhile.
A lot of folks did the same thing during tx. I did. Then my body would remind me to lay down and drink water. Or someone on the forum would remind us all. It's so vital. I came through strong, but still have to rest some days.
Dry heaving is no fun. You'll tune in to your rhythms and hopefully prevent it. Have you talked to dr about nausea? There were weeks when I used a med. Makes you a little looney, but for worse case, your dr should know about it and may prescribe something. Also I remember using suppository one week when it was bad. Take care of you... Karen :)
It takes time for your body to adjust to the medication. You just have to really listen to your body. Plus, some days will be better than others. Remember to stay as hydrated as you can and plan smart. :)
